Trustly is a digital payment provider who offers secure and independent bank transfers directly from your bank account. Unlike a regular bank transfer this ensures that your payment reach us instantly so that your order can be processed much sooner.
Trustly is available in the payment section in the checkout under the “Card Payment” option, just select Trustly and follow the instructions. Only the banks currently supporting Trustly is available for selection. To confirm your payment, you need to log into your account. This is done through a secure connection with your bank and your details are not shared with anyone.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, you choose this payment option during the checkout process. Once you have confirmed your order, NicoBags will mail your order confirmation to the e-mail address you have registered. In this mail you will find all the necessary information you need to complete the bank transfer.
Please note: bank transfer payment take time! It will take a few business days until the payment has reached our account. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as the payment reached our bank account.
IMPORTANT: It is necessary that that you pay all bank transfer fees at your end. As well as paying in the currency you selected when placing your order so that the complete order amount is being credited to us. If NicoBags does not receive the full order amount, the order is going to be reduced to the equaling product value and add an additional handling fee.
Please make sure to add your order/reference number into the “payment purpose” or “memo” field, this is needed. This helps NicoBags to match your payment with your order. A missing reference might cause unnecessary delays to your order!
